Payment

1. Items purchased may be paid by either Credit Card through PayPal, Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Money Order, and Business or Personal Check.

2. Money Orders and Checks must be drawn from an United States Institution and be in US Dollars. Sorry, but we cannot accept Travelers Checks of any kind.

3. Check payments will have a 7 day hold on order shipment to allow for check clearance.

4. All returned checks for any reason will be subject to a $25.00 service charge.

5. Orders placed and elected to be paid by check or money order, will be cancelled if payment is not received within 14 days after order placement.

Additional Fees

1. Items being shipped to Florida will be charged a 7% sales tax as required by law.

2. All Duties and VAT taxes, if applicable, shall be the responsibility of the buyer for all international orders.

Shipping

1. It is our policy to charge exact shipping charges to your area by utilizing the cheapest shipping available for a given item. However, there may be times when the cheapest shipping method is not available due to the type of item being shipped, in this case we utilize the shipper that will allow for the shipping of said item. We will always try to list multiple shipping choices for our buyers to choose from, this allows for you to decide on how much you wish to pay for shipping and how long you are willing to allow for the item to reach you. At this time we utilize USPS Priority (2-3 days), USPS Parcel Post( 6-10 days), and USPS First Class (3-7 days) from date of shipment. Please understand that each of these shipping methods have restrictions, so all choices may not be available for all orders.

2. We do not require you to insure your package, it is however recommended as we can not be responsible for lost or damaged items once we have delivered the package to the couriers for shipping.

3. We do accept international orders; however, our shipping calculator can only calculate shipping to the following countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Spain, France, Germany, Sweden, Australia, and Italy. If you are located in a country other than one of the above listed countries, please contact us at International Shipping to request ordering and shipping information.

Order Processing

1. Our policy on order processing is to ship your order within 2-3 business days after receiving your payment (May be longer during peak seasons). On occassions there may be a delay due to an out of stock item.

2. Orders paid by check will be shipped within 7-10 days after receiving payment to allow for check to clear your financial institution.

3. Orders containing special ordered items will be held until the special ordered items arrive for shipment, usually 7-10 business days. You may ask us to ship the special order items seperately from the other items order; however, there will be an additional shipping charge applied to the shipment of the special order if this method is selected.

Refunds & Returns

1. Unlike many online sellers we do offer a refund on merchandise purchased if the item is not as described or you are dissatisfied with the item.

2. To receive a refund you must email us at Returns within 5 days after receiving your shipment stating the item number and why you wish to return your item.

3. Refund will be for the total price paid for the item plus sales tax when applicable. All shipping charges, both original and return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Refunds will be paid in the same form as original payment was made to us. PayPal payments will be refunded through PayPal, Check and Money Order payments will be refunded by check, and Credit Card payments will be refunded to the card that was used to make payment.

5. All Gift Certificate purchases and Special Orders are final and may not be returned for a refund.

Privacy Policy

1. All information collected about you on this site is private information and will only be used to conduct legitimate transactions between you, the customer, and This and That 4 You.

2. At no time will This and That 4 You or its employees distribute for free or profit any information we collect about our customers.

Gift Certificates

1. Gift Certificates are available in $5.00 increments and may be purchased through our store shopping cart.

2. Discount Coupons or Codes may not be used to purchase Gift Certificates. If you wish to place an order using a Discount Coupon Code, please place the order for the Gift Certificates separately.

3. Gift Certificates can not be returned for any reason and must be used within 1 year of purchase date.

4. Gift Certificates may not be applied to shipping/handling charges or sales tax.

Out of Stock Items

1. Out of stock items are a fact for any business, here at This and That 4 You we allow you to place out of stock items on your order.

2. We allow customers to order out of stock items, because in general the item will be ready for shipment within 7-10 days of being ordered anyhow, and by allowing customers to place these items on their order the customer can save on shipping, as well as, utilize a one time use coupon code to also save on the out of stock items.

3. Should an item be out of stock at the time of your order, we will hold your order until these items arrive if they are expected arrive within 5-7 business days of your order placement. This policy is designed to save customers on shipping charges and to allow customers to receive discounts on these items when using a one time use coupon or code. If the out of stock item(s) will not be available within the 5-7 business days, the balance of the order will be shipped and out of stock items ordered will be cancelled, a full refund issued, and the customer will need to re-order these items at a later date.
